Q7 What’s the difference between outline embroidery and full-color embroidery on apparel?
Outline embroidery adopts a single-stroke minimalist line design; full-color embroidery uses multi-color threads to restore lifelike portrait details and rich hues.
Q8 I need this gift urgently. Can I rush my order?
Yes, we've got you covered! We offer an "Express Shipping & Priority Production" option at checkout. By selecting this, your order jumps to the front of our design queue. Once you approve the proof, we will complete production within 24–48 hours and ship it using the fastest international express couriers available.
Q9 Does the package include a price tag or invoice? (I am sending this directly as a gift!)
Don't worry! We know most of our orders are shipped directly to loved ones. We never include price tags, invoices, or receipts inside any of our packages. All billing details are sent exclusively to the buyer's email address.
Q10 What is the quality of the apparel? Will the embroidery feel itchy against my skin?
We know that gifts need to be of the highest quality, so we don't cut corners:
  • Premium Fabric: Our hoodies and sweatshirts are made from heavyweight, breathable, combed-cotton blends that won't easily deform or pill after washing.
  • Comfort First: We use high-density, vibrant import threads that won't fade. More importantly, we apply a Soft Backing (protective knit lining) to the inside of every embroidered area. This ensures it feels perfectly smooth and comfortable against your skin—even for sensitive skin.
